Patrick Lubitsky

Patrick joined PCN in August 2012. As the Executive Director, Patrick is responsible for the overall operation of the IPA including provider relations, contracting, finances, development, and support of all Committee and Board of Director Projects. His goal is to make Physicians' Care Network meaningful and valuable to its members.

Patrick has worked for the North Central Florida medical community since 1998 in a variety of roles. Patrick earned his Master's degree in Health Science Administration from the University of Central Florida and has used his interest and experience in healthcare to teach as an adjunct instructor for the Saint Leo University healthcare administration program as well as serving on the WellFlorida Council Board of Directors.
